My Students

The fantastic and wonderful future students of my 2020-2021 classroom, will be my first students. I will be a first year teacher, and I am so excited to work with each one of them. I will be teaching a diverse group of fourth graders that will be so full of wonder, excitement and I hope a love for learning like myself. The school supports the community of West Valley City and it’s residents. I am positive these students will be engaging and fun.

My Project

I would love to use a document camera for whole classroom demonstrations, general instruction and to show examples for expected outcomes in projects. I feel it will be a most helpful tool as I teach, to show pictures, text, items and other helpful tools in instruction. I work at a reading center currently and use a camera to ensure all students can see what I am doing, which assists in more clear general classroom instruction. I think letting students show their creations and projects under this for the whole class would be another amazing use for the very cool document camera.
