My Students
Our students are in fourth grade, ages 9-10. We have a diverse population both culturally and economically in our area. We are a low-income school.
Our students have a desire to succeed!
They have positive attitudes and are hard workers.
Our students are excited to come to school and learn. Knowledge is power, they can do anything, and be anything! They are motivated and want to learn. We want to keep a positive energetic environment in our classrooms. We have amazing students. With support, guidance, and encouragement, they can accomplish anything!
My Project
These dry erase pockets and markers will provide my students an opportunity to show me what they know. The pockets allow me to put papers into the pocket to support my students in reading, math, and writing.
Students will be able to show me their work.
I will be able to discover who is understanding the concepts and lessons being taught. I will be able to catch mistakes when they are happening, avoiding bad habits being made. It is more difficult to unlearn and relearn than learning it right the first time.
These supplies will help my student when learning in a whole class environment as well as in small groups.
