This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.

My Project

I currently teach 40 fourth graders who are excited about learning. However, as children receive and process information via different modalities. I want to effectively model a variety of skills such as annotating, writing cursive, and editing which will be easier for them to acquire if seen in action.

I have selected these materials which will allow my students to see step-by-step modeling of these processes and procedures.

I am proud of them and their tenacity and want to continue motivating and encouraging them through the added appeal of this visual medium.
