My Project
The materials and supplies that I am requesting for our classroom will encourage my students' creativity and independence as they document their learning journey through student portfolios and charts. The use of binders and dividers, large chart papers, markers, and pocket charts will allow my students to be creative as they showcase their learning. The use of staples, tape, paper clips, binder clips, pens, markers, sticky notes, sticky tabs, and highlighters will replenish our writing and creative center.
Student portfolios and visual displays are excellent ways to encourage independence, higher level thinking, creativity, and student progress.
Students are able to reflect on their work and show case their individual voice and choice.
