My Project

This mat cutter allows the students to learn how to finish a piece of artwork so that is can be hung. I want them to learn how to use this and be able to figure what sizes to make the mat and opening. This way they're prepared to present their project in the best light.

Projects also must have that finish to be entered in art shows.

All of this teaches students what is expected once the art making process is finished. They learn how to be sure their artwork is completely prepared to display.
