Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
Our students are currently learning about money. A long with it, we are adding in a shop stop in our class. Our students are earning fake money throughout the day. With this money, we have been providing different things for them to be able to buy. With it, they are learning about money, counting, as well as how to save up this money.
They all love the shop stop, and feeling good about what they have earned.
Our students would love the ability to see how money really works. It will help them in understanding how they need to save up to buy BETTER things.
