My Students

So often we hear that today's students are unmotivated. My goal as a teacher is to create a learning environment that is not only motivating, but engaging, fun, and memorable. This year I am teaching Pre-K and it is more important than ever to establish this classroom culture.

As a Pre-K teacher, I want to create a classroom environment that instills a lifelong love of learning.

I have big plans for my wonderful students and plan on teaching them using new and exciting materials to do just that. The only thing that would make our learning environment more perfect is a few more items for my classroom. With your help and generosity, we can create lifelong learners together.

My Project

Buying school supplies and new clothes for children can get expensive for parents. Sometimes families are forgetful and leave items at home. Occasionally students have accidents at school. Having extra shoes, socks, and pants available in our classroom will help alleviate some of these issues.

Students will have access to these extra clothing items whenever they are in need.

Our Pre-Kindergarten class has Physical Education every morning, so having extra sneakers will allow our classroom routine to run smoothly on those days when shoes are forgotten. These materials will also make a difference because my students sometimes have accidents and don't always have an extra change of clothes.
