My Project

I teach a wonderful group of inquisitive fourth graders. They love being creative and hands on. Unfortunately too many of them say they don't like science because it is not hands on enough. We are currently learning about systems, energy, electricity and circuits. I am asking for help to purchase materials so students can make circuit bugs and circuit drawings--two hands-on projects that will bring their learning to life.

Learning through hands on activities will set their curiosity alight and illuminate their passion for science!

I have done circuit bugs the past three years and the students always love it. Not only do they have a direct application of the concepts that we learned in class, they also get to be creative and bring their project home with them. Your donations to this project will allow both 4th grade classes at the school to participate in two different circuit projects.
