My Project

My classroom treasure box has contributed to building intrinsic motivation in my students over the years by using extrinsic rewards as a catalyst for fostering the positive, supportive, and fun learning environment in my room.

These simple rewards have always produced a sense of achievement among my students at this early stage of their little lives.

My classroom treasure box will continue to serves a tool for recognizing and reinforcing positive behaviors and achievements among the students with your help. Studies have shown that when young children receive recognition and rewards for their efforts, they start to internalize the connection between their actions and positive outcomes, reinforcing a sense of competence and accomplishment. As a teacher, I want to continue facilitating that process. Each small toy, sticker, or trinket will serve as a tangible acknowledgement of their hard work and positive on-task behaviors.

Your support will directly impact the students in my classroom by creating an encouraging atmosphere. Your generosity will be appreciated by both the students and me.
