My Project

As a teacher of Japanese 2, I hold high expectations for my students, who are eager to master a language rich in complexity and beauty. Learning any language requires extensive correction, practice, and repetition, and this is especially true in Japanese, where neatness and precision in writing are deeply valued. My students are highly motivated, striving to achieve their best, and I want to provide them with the tools necessary for success.

I am seeking donations for essential classroom supplies that will enhance their learning experience.

Red pens will empower students to mark sentence structures and identify errors in their work. This immediate feedback allows them to correct and explain their mistakes, fostering a deeper understanding of the language and encouraging independent learning.

Erasers and dry-erase markers will create opportunities for students to practice their penmanship in a supportive environment, allowing for repeated attempts at mastering complex characters. This practice is crucial for building confidence and skill.

Folders will help students organize their resources and handouts, providing quick access to study materials. This organization not only aids in their learning but also promotes ownership of their educational journey.
