My Project

My 3rd-grade students are eager to learn about figurative language by reading the book, Judy Moody and the Mood Martian! A class set will allow each student to read the book together with peers and independently.

Figurative Language is fun and exciting to learn in 3rd grade!

It adds great detail and expression to students’ writing.

The colored pencils will be a great tool for highlighting text and identifying figurative language.

The cursive writing practice book will allow the art of writing to be practiced daily.

For my left-handed students, it’s important to provide them with the proper scissors when doing art projects.
