it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
I’m a dedicated math interventionist at our Elementary seeking support to purchase two sturdy shelving units and some large cork rolls, which will enhance my teaching space by providing organized storage for manipulatives like counters, bead racks, base‑ten materials, and play money. These hands‑on tools help students build foundational math skills—such as addition, subtraction, and place value. Understanding these key concepts will allow my young students to connect and apply a strong mathematical understanding to the financial literacy units taught in the classroom. The cork boards will display math strategies, anchor charts, and student-created work, reinforcing their learning. Your support will create a more engaging and organized learning environment for our students. Thank you for empowering their growth!
