Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

We will utilize these low, student friendly shelves for our first graders to easily access their daily supplies and for neater storage. Having these shelves will also create more room around the classroom for students to move about and work with their teachers and their peers.

We will store books, workbooks, manipulatives, writing materials, and educational games on these shelves.

Since these shelving units are low, they will fit nicely under our windows to create a place for our first graders to easily access their most important learning tools. This will also create some autonomy within our students to acquire what they need throughout the day so that they can get right to work!
