My Project

My students absolutely love books, but our classroom library needs better organization and storage so they can easily find stories that excite them and match their reading levels. These bookshelves will help transform our classroom into a warm, inviting reading space where students can independently explore books and build a love for reading every single day.

Having organized shelves will allow me to sort books by genre, skill, and interest, helping students become more confident and independent readers.

In first grade, creating positive reading habits is so important, and a welcoming classroom library encourages students to pick up books more often and stay engaged longer.

These shelves will not just hold books. They will help create a classroom environment where reading feels special, comfortable, and fun. đź“–đź’›
