This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Students

This school is a middle city school with students from many different economic and cultural backgrounds.
My students are asked to provide supplies that might be financially hard for them to get. Our school is a Title I school, and every donation goes a long way. Our students are driven to always do their best, but they struggle. They need financial and emotional support from their community to help them meet their true potential.
My Project
My students have a lot of daily things to worry about. They worry about homework, class work, friendships and games. They also have other things on their minds, food and everyday supplies that we take for granted, they have to wonder if they will have. I am asking for simple supplies to help my classroom stay a place where they do not have to worry about things they should not be worried about.
I am asking for pencils and a new sharpener, since every day I give out at least 2 dozen pencils.
I am also asking for paper towels and tissues to help keep us clean and dry. We will use the hangers to hang our headphones. Lastly, we will use the folders to keep our work in! Please help keep us organized, clean and worry free!
