Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
These specific items will make a difference in my classroom because my students are hungry and don’t have snacks at home to bring to school. These snacks will be readily available for selection during snack time for all students who don’t have a snack.
This will help my students to have energy to work hard and engage in their school work.
My goal for this project is to help my students stay laser focused on their work and not on their hungry bellies or food insecurities.
My students are so special because they come to school everyday and want to do well. They are empathetic and respectful.
