This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Reading new novels is not just about entertainment; it's a journey that ignites the love of reading and introduces students to contemporary authors who shape our understanding of the world. These novels expose students to fresh narratives and diverse voices in modern Spanish literature. In the process, they will not only expand their imagination but also broaden their perspective of contemporary issues. By encouraging students to delve into the pages of contemporary novels in Spanish, we cultivate a deeper appreciation for bi-literacy and the richness and diversity of literature in today's world.

Mrs. Lizano will only receive her materials if this project is fully funded by August 31.
