My Project
Our swim team is trying to grow in size and in endurance. We are limited on pool access due to the cost and availability. The three days of pool time is not enough training time for us to be able to compete against the teams in our league. We also share a small weight room with all the other athletic teams.
Conditioning is very important to help our swimmers reach their full potential.
The ZEN8 Swim Trainer for triathletes and swimmers is specifically designed for training swimmers by allowing them to work the same muscles they use in the pool. This would be a great addition to our small weight room that has very few items that are helpful to our swimmers. The stretch bands and wall mounts allow the swimmers to stretch and work different muscle groups to improve their pull in the water. The exercise balls and bases allow for additional stations during workouts and allow them to do exercises that reduce the chances of injuries.
