it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
My 7th grade students do really well when they have visuals such as charts, diagrams, models and hands on activities to visualize what they are learning. We have found a ton of success in learning by using interesting demonstration and exploration lab activities.
The kids are really excited to start our Earth Science unit.
Utah has a very active fault and a seismograph would be an awesome phenomenon to peak their interest and begin the Earth Science unit. The pressure tank demonstrates how pressure can cause different types of faults.
