My students need 9 independent reading time resources, including a set of Vocabulary Building Games, Small Group Nonfiction Comprehension Folders and a Daily Language Station.
Set the stage for reading with these high quality materials! I currently teach third grade and many of my students are from military backgrounds.
Many of my students are high poverty and have little access to educational materials outside the classroom. We are a Title I school and supplies are not always available for additional enrichment.
I am requesting materials for students to use independently while I work with small groups of students during our literacy block. Students need repeated exposure to a concept before they have mastered it.
Providing my class with these materials will make sure that students are actively engaged while I work with small groups of students. The materials will allow my students to have more exposure to each concept so that mastery will occur.
