Sesame Street Gives the Littles the Beat

Help me give my students a dancing Elmo to use for brain breaks and spark excitement in the classroom!

My Project

It's time to do the Elmo Slide with the Sesame Street Elmo Slide interactive plush toy! My students will dance, sing, and play along with their fun-loving pal, Elmo. He sings in both English and Spanish. This is great for our ELL students who speak Spanish. This is a highly interactive toy that will be a great warm-up to our class activities. My students won’t be able to sit still when Elmo prompts them to dance with him. Just like the "Simon Says" game, Elmo tells kids to follow his directions. "Elmo says lift your arms up!" Very useful for our English Language Learners and students with disabilities.

Mimicking Elmo's dance routine is a fun way for kids to get some exercise and warm up, while also inspiring them to invent awesome moves of their own.
