My Project

Series books are a great way to get students hooked on reading! Our library is missing some great series that could help my readers get excited about books. My amazing readers have been requesting the series Phoebe and her Unicorn, Wings of Fire, Owl Diaries and many more. Including these complete series in our library will encourage our students to keep coming back for more (instead of getting discouraged when the next book they want isn't on the shelf). Series books are great for our earliest readers, as well as, our most fluent readers.

With these new books, all of my students will be able to find something that interests them to take home and read.

We all know that they more students read, the better readers they become. Access to great books is the starting point to increase vocabulary, background knowledge and even empathy. These books will make a lasting impact on my incredible readers!
