My class consists of 28 book worms.

They love to dive into a great book. Every single student in my class spends 30 minutes a day reading. During independent reading time, my students read about 5-10 books. Many times, students who are reading in lower levels do not have series books on their levels.

My Project

The materials I am requesting will allow my lower level readers to participate in our character series reading unit. It's hard to find series books in lower reading levels. This often leads students to feel left out of the unit. It is also hard for them to discuss characters when they don't have books with the same characters.

By donating to our class project, you will be helping all students feel a part of our reading unit.

You will make it possible for all students to have access to series books regardless of their reading abilities.
