Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

My students come from a variety of backgrounds. We are a suburban/rural community. The classroom consists of students who are English language learners and has some students who require additional supports.

The variety of series books requested will engage readers with high-interest materials and new books may have not read before.

This year, my students have devoured most of our current series books. I am looking to refresh the classroom library in order to pique their interest and end the year strong. Thank you, in advance, for helping my students succeed! Your gift is truly appreciated.

My Project

These new series books will engage readers in reading and conversation with the other members of their same series groups. Thanks in advance for helping to provide my students with the materials they need to help them be successful in our last lesson of the year. Your gift will be one felt for many years as these books will be used for years to come!

The series books we are requesting are high-interest books for second graders and will help catapult their summer reading, making them even more prepared for third grade.
