My Project

Preschoolers thrive on exploration and discovery, and sensory toys provide them with the perfect avenue to engage their senses and ignite their curiosity. These toys play a crucial role in their development by stimulating various senses, such as touch, sight, and sound, which are fundamental for cognitive and emotional growth. By incorporating sensory toys into their learning environment, children not only enhance their sensory processing skills but also learn valuable lessons in compassion and empathy. Through shared sensory experiences, they develop an understanding and appreciation for the diverse ways in which their peers perceive the world around them.

My goal for this project is to create an inclusive and nurturing learning environment where every child feels understood and valued.

These sensory toys will enable my students, who come from diverse backgrounds and abilities, to explore and interact with their surroundings in ways that suit their individual needs and preferences. What makes my students special is their inherent curiosity and resilience, as well as their capacity for empathy and kindness towards one another. With the right tools and support, they have the potential to thrive and make meaningful contributions to their communities.
