Sensory Tools!

Help me give my students the sensory materials that they need to calm themselves. All of these materials will help our developmentally delayed and our students with autism promote regulation, improve focus and increase participation.

My Project

Our diverse learners come to school excited to learn and happy to see everyone. They have a smile and a high five for everyone they come in contact with. Unfortunately, sometimes things become so overwhelming caused by changes in their environment, or changes in their routine and it can cause them to become overstimulated.

These sensory tools can and will be a game changer for these students.

These tools will help them to be able to regulate their emotions by reducing outside sensory stimulation. These sensory items can help students regulate their behavior in a safe learning environment. They can improve focus and increase communication and participation with other students. All of these are things our students are working on daily.
