it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
Many of my students struggle with sensory processing, which can make it difficult for them to focus, manage emotions, and stay engaged in their learning. Breaks that include sensory input- like fidget tools, sensory bins, textured items, and calming activities-help them self-regulate, reduce anxiety, and improve their ability to return to the classroom ready to learn. These sensory tools empower them to build important self-regulation skills that will benefit them not just in school, but throughout their lives. Your contributions would allow us to provide these sensory resources in our classroom, creating a safe and supportive space where students can take a much-needed break and return feeling calm and focused. With your support, my students will have the tools they need succeed academically, socially, and emotionally. Every donation, no matter the size, makes a real difference in helping these incredible students reach their full potential.
