My Project

Help make our classroom a more sensory-friendly space that supports students who need a calming environment.

Having a variety of sensory tools available will help them feel safe, supported, and ready to learn.

With tools like a sensory rug, fidget items, sensory seating, and visual supports, we can create a space that helps students regulate their emotions. These tools will not only support students with sensory needs, but will benefit all children in our class by offering calming activities that promote attention and emotional balance.

Our goal as educators is to create a classroom where every student feels safe, supported, and empowered to learn in their own way.
