Help me give my students tops for our sensory table and sand and water tools including scoops, droppers, funnels, sand wheels, and waterfalls for sensory exploration.
In our Kindergarten and First Grade Sensory and Communication classroom, we have a sensory table that my students diagnosed with autism love to use.
We have a wide variety of sensory materials to use in the table, but we do not have tools to explore these materials.
I would like to be able to provide them with scoops, droppers, and funnels as well as sand and water wheels and waterfalls to allow them ample opportunities to explore. Each of the requested tools will provide fine-motor practice while encouraging sharing and playing together.
I am also requesting a set of four tops for our sensory table so that we can cover each tub when we are finished exploring. This will provide a visual cue that our sand and water play time is over for the day.
Please consider helping us spruce up our sensory table.
