Celebrate Black Teachers and Students

This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.

My Project

The specific items I am requesting will make a difference in my student's learning because this LEGO bricks wall will allow my students a time and place for certain sensory needs. This wall can be put to use during sensory time, lessons, and free time.

My goals for this project include getting all of the materials needed for the sensory room LEGO wall and having it up and ready for my students to use next school year.

It includes the plates, building blocks, and books to get ideas. I hope my students will get a learning/sensory experience from this addition to the sensory room.

My students are so special because they all are so unique in their learning. I have multiple students with Autism, Developmental delays, and other learning disabilities. This means my students need special ways to learn and special needs to be met, like sensory needs. This is why I am trying to create a sensory room for my students and I think that they would highly enjoy a LEGO bricks wall in the new room.
