Sensory Regulation Materials for Philadelphia Autistic Support Classroom

My Project

The students in my Kindergarten through Second Grade Autistic Support class would amaze you with their abilities. These students surprise me everyday with the skills and knowledge they have. In order to access these treasures, some of my students require their sensory needs to be met first. The sensory materials in my project can be the key my students needs to unlock their mind.

By using textured mats, weighted blankets, and other sensory materials, students can have a complete sensory diet that is necessary for them to be able to turn their focus toward instruction.
