My Project

Sensory play is an essential piece to our pre-k classroom! Sensory play helps improves fine motor skills, social skills and imagination. Our classroom gives students the opportunity to learn through play. My goal is to help students work on their prewriting skills through play. Students can learn social emotional skills, responsibilty, a strong foundation in math & literacy, and so much more just through sensory play! This project provides me with the proper supplies to enhance sensory play in my classroom. My pre-k students are special because they can do so much more than people often give them credit for!
