My Project

At our school our students are not just kids, they are still dreamers, thinkers, talkers, and questioners. They are future ambassadors, world travelers, scientists, entrepreneurs, and teachers. They are constantly growing and learning in school. I have no budget to buy items to help my students be more successful. In order for my students to reach their full potential, we want to make sure that all of their needs are met, they feel safe and comfortable, and enjoy being at school-no matter the time or place!

We are looking for sensory busy boards, chews, and toys that will help with our busy bodies for sensory regulation!

We want to make sure our students with autism can recognize and navigate through life by knowing how they feel and how to act on it in appropriate ways. We want them to know it's okay to feel emotions and how to manage them and providing these sensory tools will help! We want to give them engaging and effective ways to regulate their energy and emotions. This is especially important with our students with autism, because they can have issues with sensory processing and experience a lot of overwhelming emotions!
