Sensory Learning for Our Kindergarten Classroom

Help me give my students sensory items—Lite-Brites, magnetic boards, and letter and number stamps—to learn their letters, numbers, spelling words, and adding and subtraction skills at center time.

My Project

My students come to school excited, enthusiastic, and ready to learn. Providing them with optimal learning resources like these sensory materials to use at center time will increase, engage, and motivate them to want to learn and sustain their attention while learning. These materials will be used on a daily basis at centers to learn their math and reading standards--counting, representing numbers, adding and subtracting, learning their letters, practicing spelling high frequency words, consonant vowel consonant words, among other learning skills based on the Minnesota State Standards. Help me provide these materials for my students.
