My Project

The items listed in this project will help students to refocus while taking a break from their classes.

In our increasingly fast-paced and challenging school environment, many students experience anxiety and overwhelming stress.

To support their mental well-being, our counseling office urgently needs sensory items that can provide calming, therapeutic experiences. These tools—such as stress balls, fidget spinners, and weighted blankets—will help students take necessary "brain breaks" during the day, allowing them to refocus and manage their emotions more effectively. Your generous donations will create a safe, comforting space where students can decompress and build important coping skills. Together, we can nurture their emotional health and empower them to thrive in their academic and personal lives.
