Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
My students enjoy hands-on learning, interactive activities, and games that support their various learning modalities and needs. The more modalities of learning that are presented to these students, the more successful they will be with academics, social and emotional skills, and physical ability (gross motor and fine motor). When my students are able to use multiple senses and learning modalities to accomplish a task, they learn more from the experience and retain more information.
Sensory play is an essential aspect of early childhood development, fostering imagination, creativity, and cognitive growth.
Through this sensory center, we aim to provide our children with a safe and engaging environment where they can explore, learn, and thrive.
Your generous donation, no matter the size, will make a significant impact on our ability to bring this project to fruition. Your support will directly contribute to the purchase of sensory materials, interactive toys, and safe equipment for our children to explore and learn from. With your help, we can create an inspiring space where our children can blossom and develop to their fullest potential.
