Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
My students LOVE all things sensory! I would love to use the sensory table in our everyday activities for both fun and learning.
I have many students with diverse learning needs that thrive off of sensory experiences.
The sensory table will give my students a safe place where they can get that needed sensory input while still engaging in their learning. The lid will allow us to keep the same sensory table setup for the week without it getting ruined or played with when it isn't in use. All the fillers will give my students a variety of things that we can switch through each week.
