My Project

In our Pre-K 3 classroom, my students are excited and eager to learn every day. Having just the right resources would help them to achieve a successful first year in Pre-K. Having the ability to offer my students a variety of resources for sensory outlets and hands on work will make our classroom a fun and exciting place to learn every day. The shapes felt board will offer so much growth in expressive language and story telling. The translucent pattern blocks will give sensory input and geometric math skills another opportunity for learning. Puzzles are a great team building opportunity and the dinosaur floor puzzle will be a popular item and conversational piece. The story book "Round is a Tortilla" will be a great addition to our culturally diverse classroom library as well an a learning tool for learning shapes.

Sand in our sand table offers our students an important tool to help them with a sensory outlet for learning calming and soothing skills.

It gives our students an opportunity as well to build language, math and socials skill while working with peers side by side.
