My Project

We have been fortunate to receive a light table for my TK classroom. Now we would love to provide our students with sensory light table activities!

Sensory play is an essential tool for children, as it helps them explore and understand the world around them in a hands-on and engaging way.

There are also emotional benefits of sensory play, for many children, tactile play can be very soothing, and calming.

One excellent activity for our light table would be to provide colorful sensory materials that come in a variety of textures, allowing children to explore and experiment.
