My Students
My first graders this year are full of excitement to learn and compassion for one another. We are working hard to connect with one another and help each other grow despite the constraints of learning during a pandemic.
Our class represents a broad spectrum of backgrounds, abilities, nationalities, income statuses, and family set-ups.
Each student brings such special energy to our classroom.
My Project
A couple of my students this year benefit from sensory input for their focusing needs.
Activities and equipment that target these sensory needs will not only help them stay focused but also allow them to engage in learning!
The wiggle stools will provide students with the sensory input they are seeking, while pegboards and other grasp activities will help them continue to build their fine motor skills.
