Our classroom is short a few chairs, and we have been supplementing with stools, some of which are not sturdy. We'd love to have enough chairs for all students to sit comfortably and safely. We have a classroom dustpan, but the students love the idea of having a "Vacuumer" as one of our Class Jobs. As a Title I School, we provide free and reduced price lunch to our student body. However, sometimes an extra snack here or there is what helps keep their minds focused on learning. We try to provide at least one, if not more, to students throughout the day when needed. Finally, our table organizers are a bit beat up, and the colors overlap. My students would be much more excited about their space and table groups if they had a clean, uniquely colored center bin to organize supplies.
