My Project
From frequent breaks to shorten assignments, my students are facing challenges in learning that impact how they gain knowledge on a daily basis. Our lesson include students using a variety of techniques including virtual reality and sensory tools to help with learning the material. These tools also aid in gaining focus with assignments topics, flexibility in tools that help with work completion, and fun so they work towards a reward for doing their work. Additionally, with funding cut for field trips and outings plus COVID concerns, virtual field trips and experiences will help my students get a chance "visit" places, colleges, and learn something new. The VR headset is the next best thing to give students the experience and help them get a better understanding of places and concepts.
