Sensory Breaks Help the Students Focus

Help me give my students a variety of activities for sensory breaks in the day.

My Project

Students need multiple breaks throughout the day to receive sensory input or regulate their bodies. Kinetic sand, building toys, Pop-it toys, and puzzles provide options for these breaks. Plastic storage bins keep everything organized for easy access to the items when they are needed.

While participating in learning activities, students may be more engaged when given time for a sensory break.

My students enjoy having a variety of options for their breaks. They look forward to taking a break and get excited each time a new activity is on the table.
