My Project

As a school counselor responsible for 500 elementary aged students, I have seen first hand the impact of learning loss. Many of our students struggle with social skills and regulating their emotions as a result of not interacting with their peers consistently. I would love to create a sensory area in my office that allows students to release tension through sensory mats and an array of sensory focused tools. The post-its allow me to communicate with the students regarding when they may use this as a preventative tool. Thank you!!
