Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

In a special education class sensory tools are a necessity to help the students stay focused and calm. Our class is currently at 13 students ranging from grades TK to 2nd grade and the students have different disabilities such as autism, learning disabilities and physical disabilities. The jumbo pencils and pencil grips are great ways to help my students have a little bit of daily occupational therapy. The bouncy chair feet can help them to help with their sensory needs but stay in their seat. And we are always in need of good strong headphones. We hope that you will donate to our class to help us reach our goal of continuing to make our class one that has many supports for the range of student needs.
