My Project
Many of my students have a strong craving for sensory input. Therefore, I make sure to have a variety of tools in my classroom to calm them down. One such tool that has proven to be effective is the sensory blanket. It is incredibly soft and provides gentle deep pressure calming, which helps improve their focus and relieve stress and anxiety. Additionally, my students love to spin, and this helps to satisfy their sensory needs. By fulfilling their basic sensory needs, I am able to create an environment where they can learn better. In addition to the curriculum, I also use academic games to teach various subjects. My students find it easier to learn when they are having fun, and games are a great way to make learning enjoyable.
