My students are eager to learn, explore, and create. They come to school curious about the world around them with new questions every day. These questions are answered through hands-on activities and technology integration.
My students represent 45 different countries, speaking 40 different languages and dialects including Haitian-Creole, Vietnamese, Spanish, and Russian.
I love how these students can take art supplies and come up with extraordinary pictures. I want to be able to allow all my students to complete their ideas.
My Project
These art supplies will allow my students to fully complete their understanding of the material covered in class. For many of my students, they struggle with getting their thoughts in a sentence but can give me a detailed illustration of their thinking. My students deserve to fully express themselves in color just like our colorful world.
Students will be able to give me detailed illustrations about how clouds and landforms form or how sound works.
Supplies are used on a daily basis and because of the amount of students I teach every day, it can get expensive for the entire year of seeing 120 students daily.
