I am a reading teacher and interventionist in a wonderful school in Wisconsin. My students are exceptional, and I love going to school every day to see the sparkle in my students' eyes. I also get to connect with students of various ages during and after school. I truly have the most special job in the world and treasure every day with my students! My students love to read, pretend and imagine. They are curious and love to learn! We all participate in learning every day. They love so many fun activities throughout the year, and we hope to add even more. My students are amazing!
My Project
I am the luckiest teacher in the world! I get to work with students who struggle with dyslexia and other literacy issues, or who just need some brushing up on skills. It is such a treat to be able to teach these kids who want to learn so badly. I have been working hard to create a beautiful learning environment that is motivating and functional for my students to learn. I am requesting storage trays, stikki clips and pencil cap erasers.
Reading opens the door to endless possibilities, and teaching literacy is my passion!
The totes that we are requesting will complete a set that we already have so that each student in the class has their own place to store their learning materials. I actually built my own shelf system to store these on, so they will be very efficient for my students. I am also requesting Stikki clips so that I can attach literacy posters to the walls of our classroom. And finally, I am requesting pencil top erasers so that my students can erase easily and as much as they need to.
We really appreciate any help that you can provide. Thank you so much for your support.
