My Project

My school is a Title 1, public charter. With this information in mind, I try to provide a majority of classroom essentials to alleviate any financial burden on my student's families.

Going into my second year of teaching, I have learned a lot about what my students need.

With this, a few materials, like the standing desk and wireless clicker, will allow me to move about the classroom more fluidly and pull small groups for one-on-one instruction. To help with note-taking, we will be doing interactive notebooks next year, which requires colored pencils, glue sticks, pencils, and a holder at their tables for those materials. To minimize classroom disruptions caused by random appearances, I will have a doorbell on my classroom door to allow for all guests to be greeted at the door to the classroom.

With your donation, you would help me provide classroom materials that would function as a classroom job. These jobs would allow for my students and classroom to function as a self-sufficient.
