This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
The BOB (body opponent bag) helps students learning self-defense. This is accomplished by a realistic face and torso to practice self-defense tactics used to facilitate a quick escape from a life or death situation. It is also helpful for competition fighting training to practice full contact motions on a simulated dummy. This will help students become more confident in their kick boxing skills and self defense acumen. Students have self-defense classes with me after lunch and it brings a lot of joy, stress relief, and increased confidence in life, their studies, etc.
